Why do I need a Maintenance Contract?

 Answer:  

Just as you would maintain your car or your health on a regular basis, a regularly scheduled service visit allows your unit to continue to perform appropriately.

What does a Maintenance Contract entail? 

 Answer:  

A Yearly Maintenance contract typically includes a  number of regularly scheduled service visits with 1 or 2 emergency visits. During a regular service visit, the following tasks are performed:
 
  • CHECK REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

  • CHECK FAN-COIL UNITS

  • CHECK STEAM GENERATOR SYSTEM

  • CHECK DRYER OPERATION

  • CHECK CONTROL SYSTEM         

  • CHECK FOR ANY SIGNS OF ABNORMAL OPERATION

  • REPLACE PARTS INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL & PARTS NOT INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL

  • VIEW SAMPLE TASKS

What if I do not have a Maintenance Contract?
 

 Answer: 

 

If you do not have a Maintenance contract  with Tescor you may purchase one or you will be billed our Daily/hourly Service Rates.
